All payments to be made in advance and at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy:-

- For cancellations 90 days or more In advance – No cancellation fees
- For cancellations between 60 to 89 days of tour start – 30% of total amount will be deducted
- For cancellations between 30 to 59 days of tour start – 50% of total amount will be deducted
- For cancellations between 15 to 29 days of tour start – 80% of total amount will be deducted
- For cancellations between 0 to 14 days of tour start – 100% of total amount will be deducted
- Travelers are responsible for the safety of their belongings
- Medical and travel insurance (including Heli Evac) are the responsibility of the traveler
- Costs incidental to any change in the itinerary or stay on account of flight cancellations due to bad weather, ill
   health, road blocks, other natural disasters and / or any factors beyond our control, will be additionally charged
   on actuals.
